Karl is a booking agent at Paradigm, where he represents a diverse roster that includes Tim Hecker, Floating Points, Bedouine, The Comet is Coming, Gogo Penguin, amongst others. He got his start in music studying jazz guitar at VCU in Richmond and at the Frost School in Miami before playing with a number of ensembles and teaching guitar and music theory abroad. After moving from Virginia to Chicago, he began working at The Windish Agency and slowly started signing artists to the roster. Karl currently resides in Los Angeles.
